Missionary or not, if you go somewhere where it is widely known they don’t want visitors and it is literally illegal to contact them or go on their land, and you get clapped, that is your own fault.

The first time the locals shot arrows at the kayak he used to get from the fishing boat he hired to the shore. That dissuaded him for a day. Then he came back with a large fish as a gift. The locals accepted the fish and told him to leave. He whipped out his Bible and they shot up the Bible (as one of his missionary relatives described it to the BBC “The Bible saved his life!”). Still not taking the hint he returned the next day and, having had enough of his bullshit, they filled him with arrows.
What part of NO SOLICITORS did he not understand?
Also, they have no immunity to outside diseases. His presence could have literally wiped out the population of the entire island.
He knew it was illegal. The fishermen who took him knew it was illegal. The locals made it very, very clear that he was unwelcome. There were two days of warning shots, making it very clear his presence was not wanted. Still, this man put his own opinions above their wishes and their well-being.
Article 13 is going into it’s final stages of voting.
If this gets through, it will allow many, many companies to abuse and misuse this article to take down as many memes, fan works, and even other independent creators on sites like YouTube, Facebook, and other websites INCLUDING Tumblr.
THE FAIR USE LAW AND SAFEHARBOR LAW WILL NO LONGER APPLY IN THE U.S OR IN OTHER COUNTRIES.
IT HAS ALREADY PASSED IN SEVERAL OTHER COUNTRIES.
WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE AWAY WHAT WE BUILT FOR THE INTERNET SO FAR.
So here is what you need to do to drag this article down.
1. Spread the word
I can’t stress this enough. The more attention this gets the more people we can get to take this down.
2. Make your own content
Make your own content on the matter and make sure it is clear to others that Article 13 is bad for every internet user involved.
3. If you live anywhere in Europe, contact your MEPs
Ask them if they approve of the article and why. If they do approve of it, try to convince them in a clear, reasonable, and most sensible way possible that this law is BAD.
The article itself is way to vague about what it’s conveying to its people.
Saying that as long as the use of said internet memes or content is good as long as it’s in “good faith.”
We cannot let some shoddy government tell us what we can and cannot post.

You might think “naw, I’m not in the EU, doesn’t matter to me” (which is a crappy way of looking at it in the first place) but guess what, it will.
Also, I feel like people are pushing the importance of this to memes, but honestly it goes SO well beyond that.

The light purple and blue marker are not the same as the ones you have but they are pretty close to the colors.
I use the tip-to-tip trick which is really handy when blending really dark and light colors, but sometimes you can get away without using it because some really dark colored markers like black and in this case the V09 or dark purple get dragged or lifted by other markers pretty easily but I used this little trick to help blend some areas that the blue marker couldn’t blend by itself.(you can clean the tip of the marker by doing some scribbles in a piece of paper like when you clean the colorless blender)
Sweet, thanks for the help! I was noticing that the blue did have that sort of ‘lifting’ effect when I was messing around experimentally, but didn’t really know you could do that much with it. I’ll have to try this method when I get the chance!

Yeah you can do a lot with it you can also use lighter color markers over dark ones to kinda saturate the light color over them.
