We now conclude our Sad Boy Hours trilogy with a not so sad boy! I was trying to practice chins from this angle lol, then I figured why not add the rest of the body and then wings happened so I rolled with it
My reasoning for designing the suits like this is kind of related to the birds of paradise episode, where the male Parotia suit didn’t look like it had functional wings (it may have had them) and the feet didn’t really look like bird feet much. The wings on the peacock suit are functional (even if I didn’t draw them at the right size) but they can kind of fold back so that the wearer can use their hands as needed.
Martin is the one doing a full display, Chris is being dramatic in the foreground (as per usual).
Anyway, I hope y’all think this is a cool design! I had a ton of fun with it!
It’s at least a month old and I haven’t really touched it since then so you might as well consider it a oneshot unless I get motivation for it. uh, if anyone isn’t comfortable reading on Archive of Our Own, let me know and I can post a version on here, I guess.
