Still amazes me that someone felt they needed to ask this question. Halloween is perhaps one of the last communal holidays, wherein we share whatever bounty we have with others, just for the asking. (Christmas and Thanksgiving tend to be limited to family members, ime.) Why begrudge it, particularly to children?
