As an artist, I can’t agree. Because art isn’t supposed to be your living it’s supposed to be your hobby. It’s hard to make a living off of art unless you know a guy and even then it’s literally shit money for a week. It’s not a job.

Someone should tell all of Hollywood.
Every singer.
Every song writer.
Every musician.
Every author.
Jewelry maker.
Police sketch artist.
Interior designer.
Graphic designer.
Animator.
Editor.
Clothing designer.
Museum curator.
Every person selling their art online so they don’t starve to death this week, because even five dollars means the difference between life and death.
“Art” is a broad term. Just because you see it as a hobby doesn’t mean that is what its “supposed” to be. If art was nothing but a hobby, the world as we know it wouldn’t exist.
