This is super important to me and honestly, for me, it feels more important than when I asked for help last time. It isn’t for myself but for my dog that we’ve had for basically half of my whole life now. Allie is a huge part of my life and my family and I seriously want to help her as much as I can right now. We took her to the vet today ( 3/5/18 ) for her annual physical and updating her shots and while we did that we had the doctor look at a growth that’s been getting bigger on her stomach behind a teat.
It’s not as easy to see on camera as it is in person so I traced where it is on her. That’s the noticeable one though as the other day I felt a tiny lump near it that wasn’t there before and a tiny lump is how that big one had started out. And you can definitely tell by looking at her other teats that it’s not supposed to look like that at all. What’s going on is that as female dogs age without being spayed they are at risk for, essentially, developing doggy breast cancer. Mammary tumors. Which each passing heat she goes through it’s upping her likelihood of these getting worse, more showing up, and it spreading to not just tumors under her skin. That it’ll spread into her chest. The sooner we get her taken care of and the ones she has removed and get her spayed, the sooner she can heal and stop developing the tumors all together.
This is the estimate we got today for when she’d come in for the operations. $1606.63 would be the estimated total. My family doesn’t have that kinda money but we’re hoping they’ll let us do payments on it. That being said, my parents don’t efficiently make that kinda money as quickly as we’d need. I want to help where I can so I’m gonna open emergency doodle commissions. They’re faster and easier for me to do which would guarantee the content and I could do a multitude better than I could full priced large scale commissions.
